Doctor of the University by Thesis

The Doctor of the University by Thesis is awarded to candidates who have earned an MPhil or comparable postgraduate degree for admission and demonstrate their ability to submit an independent research dissertation in any of the study areas the university is offering.

The format and requirements are equivalent to a PhD programme.

DOCTOR OF EDUCATION IN COUNSELING & SUPERVISION - STUDY PLAN

TARGET GROUP: Doctoral students interested in Counseling and Psychology (Supervision) by Universidad Azteca pursuing the completion of the doctoral programme by thesis and doctorate examination.

SPECIALISATION: Advanced studies at level 8 MMC (EQF)

DISCIPLINES: Education, Psychology, Counseling.

STUDY LANGUAGE: English

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT: Master or equivalent degree and postgraduate coursework or qualifications for credit transfer to the programme or research experience.

DOCTOR OF THE UNIVERSITY IN LEGAL STUDIES

TARGET GROUP: Doctoral students interested in credit transfer from doctoral study or Level 8 EQF courses in one of the following disciplines to Universidad Azteca pursuing the completion of the doctoral programme by thesis / professional doctorate examination.

SPECIALISATION: Legal studies at level 8 MMC (EQF)

DISCIPLINES: Due to the international design and study offer, no domestic law disciplines can be covered. The programme disciplines include International Law, European Law, International Environmental Law, Human Rights, International Relations.

STUDY LANGUAGE: English, German, Spanish

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT: Master or equivalent degree and postgraduate coursework or qualifications for credit transfer to the programme or research experience.

The Executive DBA curriculum consists of 120 ECTS credits of postgraduate study, offered as modular fashion.DBA-candidates in the short programme complete 10 required modules/courses (60 ECTS credits), plus a final Thesis/Dissertation (60 ECTS credits) focused on a specific field or industry of management.
The DBA curriculum consists of 180 ECTS credits of postgraduate study, offered as modular fashion.
DBA-candidates in the short programme complete 20 required modules/courses (120 ECTS credits), plus a final Thesis/Dissertation (60 ECTS credits) focused on a specific field or industry of management. Level: Postgraduate
